Types of rejuvenation

Skin rejuvenation is possible thanks to effective procedures, such as mesotherapy

Modern cosmetology offers a variety of procedures that promote tissue and body rejuvenation as a whole. Women successfully use many of these procedures at home. These are all kinds of superficial exfoliation, masks, creams, as well as exposure to different temperatures (steam baths, ice application, different washes). In the beauty salon, all these procedures are performed by professional cosmetologists using modern and effective products. Of the procedures that cannot be used at home, injections (for example, botulinum toxin), mesotherapy, and gold thread implantation are very popular.

Botulinum toxin

Botulinum toxin is a substance-derived drug that paralyzes and causes temporary atrophy of terminal nerve endings. This allows you to get rid of small wrinkles under the eyes, on the temples, and in the upper lip area. Drugs injected into certain areas cause facial wrinkles to smooth out, especially on the forehead and around the eyes.

One to two weeks after the injection, muscle motor activity becomes weak. Injections should be repeated every three to four months. Contacting the cosmetologist is recommended again after the patient notices the resumption of muscle activity. For long-lasting effects, three sessions per year are required.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a method that involves the introduction of biologically active substances and tonics into the skin using a special syringe gun. They improve skin nutrition, restore collagen fibers, and accelerate the regenerative process. For facial skin care, extracts from embryonic tissue are recommended. It is this extract that restores the skin's regenerative function. Extracts from various plants, for example, artichoke, grapefruit, ginkgo, are useful for the body, which help to get rid of cellulite. To achieve positive results, a course of 6-8 sessions is conducted for 1-1. 5 months.

Chemical exfoliation

You can also improve the appearance of your skin withchemical peels. With the help of certain preparations, most often planting acid (fruit), the topmost layer of the skin is removed - dry and dead cells with altered pigmentation. In addition to stimulating the appearance of new layers of skin, fruit acids are good antioxidants that protect the skin from damage from ultraviolet rays. Chemical peeling is divided into: surface,medianAndin- this division is mainly due to the use of various acids. Superficial and moderate peels are performed on an outpatient basis and require almost no preparation or recovery. Superficial peeling can be done once every two weeks, medium peeling - with a break of several months. Deep peeling is not recommended to be done more than once a year, and only in a hospital. In the first ten days after the procedure, the skin swells and, as a rule, becomes covered with a crust. However, after the recovery period, patients get rid of deep wrinkles, and the effect on the whole face is quite comparable to traditional surgical lifting.

Photorejuvenation

Another effective and at the same time low traumatic procedure isphotorejuvenation. During that time, the surface layer of the skin does not break. The light source only heats the desired skin area to 50 °C. The effect occurs at a strictly defined depth - this is achieved using light of different wavelengths. Using this technique, you can get rid of age spots, damage to small skin vessels, large pores and collagen defects, including wrinkles. This procedure, depending on the complexity, takes from a few minutes to an hour. Dilated capillaries are removed immediately and without a trace, and large vessels and pigment spots disappear in a few days after the session. There may also be redness and slight swelling of the skin, which lasts for several hours. Depending on the problem, the cosmetologist determines the number of sessions required.

Grinding

One of the most effective anti-aging procedures isskin resurfacing (dermabrasion).Laser beams or fine abrasives remove the dead skin surface layer, in its place young cells and new elastic fibers and collagen appear. Mechanical resurfacing is now less and less used, because with the help of a laser it is possible not only to "replace" the top layer of the skin, but also to remove scars, acne scars or deep wrinkles. This procedure is very effective, but in complexity it approaches plastic surgery. Laser resurfacing, as a rule, is carried out in a surgical hospital, and after that there is a relatively long recovery period - one and a half to two months.

Gold thread

Gold thread implantation is an ancient method of preserving youth, known since the time of the Egyptian pyramids. Its essence lies in the implantation of threads that form a kind of frame that does not allow the skin to sag under the influence of gravity. After the operation, the patient noted an increase in the elasticity of the facial tissue and looked fresh and rejuvenated.

Some problems: swelling of soft tissues, small hematomas disappear over time. But an effect is achieved that can be appreciated over time. The skin seems to be preserved and patients who have undergone the procedure look at least five years younger than their peers. Gold thread implantation is a procedure that prevents aging. Therefore, the optimal age for the first operation can be considered 30-35 years.

Stem cells

An expensive method of rejuvenating the body using stem cells was developed in the late 19th century. They have now come true. After receiving intravenous injections of stem cell cultures and intramuscular injections of signaling molecules, a person acquires a completely new quality of life. Diseases decrease, general tone and memory improve, libido and potency increase.

The appearance underwent a great change. Without frequent boring procedures, without operations, a person becomes younger before the eyes of admiring relatives and colleagues. Such dramatic changes cannot be achieved by other methods. Not only appearance is involved in the rejuvenation process, organs become younger, hormone levels increase, and the body again begins to produce young, viable cells. Unfortunately, this method is used by a limited number of highly professional cosmetology clinics with sophisticated laboratories. It should be added that the cost of such a procedure is affordable to very little.
